Adding a Report Card
The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality continually seeks report cards to include in the Report Card Compendium.
If you have a report for consumers that includes comparative information on the quality of health care providers or plans and would like to have it considered for inclusion in this Compendium, please e-mail your request to: TalkingQuality@ahrq.gov
Please provide the following information:
- Your name.
- Telephone number.
- E-mail address.
- A link to your report on the Internet (if available on the Web).
If you have produced a paper report, please mail it to:
TalkingQuality
RA-1143
Westat
1600 Research Blvd.
Rockville, Maryland 20850
We will let you know whether your report meets the inclusion criteria and request permission for use in the Compendium. You will also have an opportunity to approve the record for your entry before it is added to the Compendium.
For more information on the inclusion criteria, go to About the Health Care Report Card Compendium.
Updating or Correcting an Entry
Sponsors of report cards that are already listed in the Compendium may update or correct the descriptions at any time. To do this, please send an e-mail to TalkingQuality@ahrq.gov with any of the following information:
- A link to the updated report card.
- An explanation of what you want us to change.
- A marked-up copy of the detailed profile of your report card. (You can copy and paste the text from the Compendium into a word processing program.)
